Prime Student Living are proud to announce that every one of its properties within the portfolio is fully let for 2023-24.
Achieving full occupancy is a significant milestone for Prime which is a result of dedication, strategic planning, and a commitment to providing a great living experience to our tenants. A number of strategies have been put into place to ensure our buildings are fully let. This includes gaining a deep understanding of the unique needs and preferences of our student market. We’ve also put into place effective marketing strategies, utilising a combination of online platforms, social media, and traditional advertising methods to reach our potential tenants.
We have also focused heavily on building positive tenant relationships – a happy tenant is a long-term tenant! To foster positive tenant relationships, we’ve prioritised excellent customer service, prompt issue resolution, and open communication channels. We’ve also organised student events, creating opportunities for residents to connect with each other and form a sense of community.
For us, full occupancy isn’t just about filling rooms,’ it’s about creating thriving and vibrant communities within our properties. This year, we are committed to enhancing the living experience for our residents. We’ll continue to invest in property maintenance, upgrade common areas, and collaborate with local businesses to offer exclusive discounts and services to our residents.
