Securing debt.

We’ve helped secure development debt for many of our clients to ensure the successful delivery of each PBSA development across both new builds and conversions. As a result, we’ve amassed strong relationships with many debt providers.

In addition to sourcing development debt on behalf of clients, we have also been able to arrange investment debt. We’ve worked with a variety of lenders with favourable terms to replace development debt on practical completion of developments.

Exit strategy.

Many of our clients need help seeking a viable exit route for their student scheme. Prime student Living can assist with searching for alternative exit routes in the market, with the aim to add value to the asset in the process. Many of our client’s assets have been re-sold at a premium, demonstrating sound investment returns.

We have access to several PBSA owners who are actively seeking to expand their portfolios, looking to purchase opportunities at either pre, during or post construction.
