Can Prime Student Living provide student property portfolio management?

Can you provide assistance in financing my student housing scheme?

What does the term ‘mobilisation’ mean and when should this begin?

The ‘mobilisation’ of a new purpose-built student accommodation development is the term which describes the process of achieving maximum occupancy and rental income during the construction phase and getting the building operationally ready for occupation upon practical completion.

For maximum success mobilisation and marketing activity should start at least 12 months prior to practical completion.
