St Lawrence House is a converted office building, transformed into a high specification student development made up of 166 contemporary studios apartments.

Prime Student Living were initially engaged by Crosslane Student Developments for advisory and mobilisation services, before selling the building to Victus, who then appointed Prime Student Living to manage the development on a four-year contract.
