There are no written nominations and no ‘expert’ panel of judges – GSL awards are based 100% on survey responses from residents living in properties Prime Student Living manage compared to survey responses from >65,000 students from all other PBSA properties and operators across the UK & Ireland.
Everyone at Prime Student Living is absolutely thrilled to have been recognised by our residents which is a reflection of our customer focussed culture across the entire team with everyone contributing to the outcome.
This award is particularly meaningful as it reflects the first experience students have with our brand which we aim to be positive and welcoming, as for many this will be their first time leaving home and moving into accommodation without their family in most cases in another country on the other side of the world – reducing any associated stress and anxiety by ensuring the moving in process goes well is a great first impression on which we can build a lasting and trusted relationship with our residents.
We will have to wait until October 2026 before we find out if we will be taking home more trophies to add to our collection when the results of the winners will be announced.
