Prime Student Living are proud to announce it has achieved full occupancy for 2025-26.
Despite the 2025/26 booking cycle being considered by most in the industry as being significantly more challenging than the previous two academic years as a result of falling demand from a decline in international post-graduate students, Prime Student Living has once again delivered full occupancy for investors and increased rental income growth year on year. This is a fantastic achievement against a backdrop of other PBSA assets having voids and discounting rents.
Meticulous planning and commitment, great attention to detail and tight process management along with marketing flexibility and adapting to changes in usual leasing trends has enabled the team to fill all rooms under management. Plus, as an added benefit there is a higher proportion of residents in lower years of study providing even greater opportunities for rebookers in 2026/27.
Now the onsite teams can focus on creating a thriving and vibrant community within each properties enhancing the living experience for our residents and delivering exceptional customer service to encourage brand advocacy and retention.
