The 2024/25 booking cycle has been exceptional with Prime Student Living not only achieving full occupancy for investors but doing so several months prior to the start of the new academic year and with significant year on year rental growth. This amazing achievement has been supported by the strong working relationships with our chosen 3rd party overseas agent partners.
We have experienced strong demand in particular from international post-graduate students seeking quality studio rooms with a wide range of shared communal amenities and high levels of customer service reflected in our product offering, alongside which several improvements are also being made.
